We know that building or remodeling a home is a major event in your life and represents a substantial investment of your time and money. We also understand that selecting a builder is a daunting task at best and the news headlines would lead one to believe that all builders are scam artists just waiting to rip you off. We at TR3 Builders believe that we (and most builders) really are honest and want to do the best job that we can for you.

We are a Construction Management Firm. What this means to you is that we act as your agent. This is similar to a 'Buyers' Real Estate agent, whose main duty is to the Home Buyer not the Home seller. Our main duty is to you, the client, not to the sub-contractors or vendors. Whether it is labor or materials, we get several quotes for your project and show them to you. As a team, we can decide on selecting the best quote for the situation. Since we only add on a management fee to the final labor and/or material invoice, we have no reason to hide any information. You have control of your budget.

We find that most problems occurring in construction projects, occur because of communications problems. We consider training our designers and project managers to communicate as important as their technical skills they use to design and build your dream. Imagine that when a problem occurs (and they do occur), a member of your TR3 Builders team contacts you, explains the problem and what our options are. We guarantee our workmanship for 3 years and will revisit your home on the one year anniversary to inspect and correct any problems. We serve the Chicago metropolitan area and provide the best value for your construction dollar. We are not the cheapest and we do provide top quality at reasonable prices.

While we price our materials separately and don't penalize you for purchasing your materials elsewhere, we do provide competitive pricing. Over the years, we have worked extensively with membership buying clubs and have access to many cabinet manufactures at well below Retail Pricing. Our designers will work with you to design your cabinetry with the features and price points you want. You are not limited to one or two cabinet lines that may not meet your needs.

As mentioned earlier, we use the team approach for your project. You will have a lead designer and project manager assigned to your project but have access to all our talent in our firm. In addition, internally we use custom technology to track your project and issue work / change orders as required.
